Walter David Segler

In loving memory. Walter David Segler, age 76, passed away on August 27, 2026, in Hurricane Utah. He was born on March 11, 1950, in Cedar City Utah to parents Geneva Hardy and John Walter Segler. He married Nancy Ellen Michael on June 17, 1972, in the St. George LDS Temple. Nancy is the mother of Jerry, Jeff, Joel, Jason and Jesse. He later married Tana Young on June 19, 1999, in the St. George LDS Temple. Tana is the mother of Beau, Gentry, Shi, Sarah, Daniel and Cyndi and added children Chris and Jaze. He is preceded in death by Nancy Ellen Michael, two sons Jeff and Jason, his parents, brother John and sister Dorothy. The family would like to thank Zions Way Hospice, his doctors, nurses, Hurricane Health and Rehabilitation, family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the La Verkin LDS Chapel located at 70 S 300 W, La Verkin, Utah. A viewing will be held from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be at the La Verkin Cemetery. He Who Has Hope Has Everything
