William (Bill) D'Agostino

–

St George, Utah

“Go rest high on that mountain, Son your work on earth is done. Go to heaven a-shoutin' love for the Father and the Son.” William (Bill) D’Agostino, 91, passed away peacefully at home, in St George Utah, on May 25, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Bill lived a life rooted in faith, family, and service. A graduate of Central High School, he proudly served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 to 1956. He later earned a degree in engineering and built a successful career as an executive in the aerospace and electronics manufacturing industries. Bill’s most treasured roles were those of husband, father, grandfather, and great- grandfather. He shared 71 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Mary, a love story marked by devotion, acceptance, and strength. Bill’s quiet wisdom, steady presence, and kind spirit were the foundation of his family. He found great joy in the simple things—reading his Bible, teaching scripture, cooking Italian food, talking about cooking Italian food, coaching, golfing, gardening, playing his guitar, and singing classic songs with family and friends. He lived to love and serve others, always putting family first. Bill is survived by his wife, Mary; his sons Bill (Stacie) and Guy D’Agostino; grandchildren Ryan, Joshua, Kenzy (D’Agostino) Ward, Nicholas, Bethany, and Jonah D’Agostino; and great- grandchildren Maverick, Baker, Denver, Sutton Ward, Luke, and Nora D’Agostino. He was preceded in death by his parents, Assunta Voccola and Ralph D’Agostino, brothers Edward, Robert, and Leonard. A celebration of life is planned for May 23, 2026, at 2:00PM. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight” Proverbs 3:5-8 In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to: Music Movement https://music-movement.org/ or Tunnel to Towers Foundation https://t2t.org/
