Amy Gregerson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Amy who departed this world on July 27, 2023, at the age of 53 due to complications of a severe stroke. She was born on July 29, 1969, in Jeanette, PA to Cheryl J. (Cipra) Iwinski and James T. Iwinski. Amy Gregerson lived a life filled with taking care of her family and working. She had several hobbies to keep her busy. She liked to go hunting for stones/rocks, coloring and crafting. She loved to go camping in the Utah forest and when she was home, she liked to watch television, spend time with her dogs, occasionally bake and was known for neurotically cleaning with hot water and bleach. She attended Dixie State College and obtained a certificate as a certified nursing assistant. She took several classes thereafter to continue in nursing. She was very close to obtaining her license but could not do the oral exam. Amy was incredibly nervous and had a fear of speaking in front of people and she did not finish. She went on to work for many years at Smith’s Food and Drug while raising her children. Amy is survived by her husband Roy Gregerson, children Matthew Gregerson and Emily (Hyrum) Black, her father, James T Iwinski, her siblings Laurie (Kennth) Morang, Timothy (Cammy) Iwinski, James S (Leslie) Iwinski, Cheryl (Peter) Harbauer, Theodore (Sarah) Iwinski a grandchild Odin Gregerson, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl J Iwinski, her nephew, Zachary Grace-Iwinski, and her grandparents.
