Brett Allen Bleazard

Brett Allen Bleazard January 13, 1961 – December 3, 2025 Born on January 13, 1961, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Brett was the son of George Albert Bleazard and Edith Gail Schuenman. On August 27, 1982, he married his sweetheart, Whitney Ann Wasden, and together they shared 43 wonderful years. They were blessed with six sons who became the joy and center of their lives. At 19, Brett faithfully served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Florida Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale Mission. His mission years shaped his love for people and deepened his faith. He was true to the Lord and served in many callings throughout his life, which he always enjoyed. He went on to build one of the largest landscape companies in Las Vegas, earning the respect of clients and colleagues alike. Later on, he opened a family run pizza restaurant, cherishing the opportunity to work side-by-side with his boys. Brett was devoted to his family. As a husband, father, and grandfather, he led with love, humor, and quiet strength. He had a gift for making others feel seen and valued, and he brought light and warmth wherever he went. He loved sports throughout his life and enjoyed golfing in his later years. Brett was a dedicated and hardworking provider who always put his family first. Of all his achievements, his greatest pride was his sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren, whom he loved deeply. Brett is survived by his wife, Whitney; his sons Brock (Megan), Dallyn (Brooke), Logan (Danielle), Travis (Sarah), Steven (Fawn), and Spencer (Sarah); 22 grandchildren; his brothers Scott (Debbie) Bleazard, Jeff (Mauri) Bleazard; and his older brother’s wife (Robyn Bleazard). He was preceded in death by his parents, his older brother (Steven), a sister-in-law (Holly), and a nephew (Ben). Those who love him find comfort in knowing that his influence, love, and laughter will continue to bless their lives. His legacy remains in the family he cherished so dearly and the goodness he shared. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bloomington LDS Chapel located at 3381 Mulberry Drive, St. George, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to services from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the same location. Burial will be at the Tonaquint Cemetery following funeral services.
