Kail Jan (Sessions) Sanford – 71 of Santa Clara, Utah, passed away on February 19, 2022, in Santa Clara, Utah. She was born February 7, 1951, in Fort Lee, Virginia to Eldred S. and Shirley J. Sessions. She married Thomas E. Sanford. They were married in Annadale, Virginia on December 12, 1970, and sealed in the Oakland temple in December of 1975. She was an active member of the Santa Clara 3rd Ward, Santa Clara Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her children: Krista (Alan Loiacono), Todd (Lisa), Jared (Jodi), David (Nina), Steven (Kelley); 18 Grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; A sister Pamela (Thad) Palmer; and three brothers Jeff (Wendy) Sessions, Eldred (Cerena) Sessions, Mark (Laura) Sessions. She was preceded in death: by her husband Thomas Eugene Sanford; father Eldred Sessions; mother Shirley Craycroft (Haslam); stepfather Reed Haslam; sister Pam Palmer; brother Jeff Sessions; and son-in-law Alan Loiaco. A Viewing to be held Tuesday, February 22. 2022, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. at the Santa Clara 3rd Ward LDS Chapel 3040 Santa Clara Dr. A Graveside service will be held Friday, February 25, 2022, at the Clearfield City Cemetery at 11:00a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society and/or donate blood to the American Red Cross.
