Audrey Robinson Mayoh

Audrey Robinson Mayoh, 83 years, passed away on February 10, 2025, in the comfort of her home in St. George. She was born on June 26, 1941, to Byron Albert Robinson and Mabel Lisona Robb in Paragonah, Utah. On October 28, 1961, she married Gerald (Jerry) Brunner. They had three children: Lisa, Gerald, and Margaret (Margie). They were later divorced and parted ways. Audrey then met and married the love of her life, Eldon Leon Mayoh on October 4, 1974. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on December 4, 1978. From that marriage she gained two more sons: Robert and David. Audrey was a woman of many talents. She dabbled in both nursing and beautician careers before settling into and retiring from the Utah State Tax Commission. After a stint as campground hosts at Rockport Reservoir, Audrey and her husband served an LDS mission in Murray, Utah between December 2009 and 2010, after which they moved to St. George, Utah. Audrey showed her love to others, not only through her words and actions but also through her many talents. Countless gifts of tatted lace have been given to all the people in her life. Not one Christmas would go by without Audrey making sure you had a tatted snowflake. Everywhere she went she had a tatting project with her from temple altar cloths to bookmarks to baby booties to dreamcatchers. If Audrey wasn't gifting you lace, she was gifting you yummy treats like peanut brittle, butter tarts, or her homemade banana bread with or without nuts and chocolate chips. Audrey loved nature and the outdoors. She could be found cleaning up garbage along the lakeside or finding the most unique rocks or sticks to bring home, no matter how big they were. She also loved everyone's dogs and would always give them a scratch or throw their ball. But the most important thing to Audrey was her family and friends. She loved spending time with them in any way possible, playing a game of Oh Hell or Farkle, camping, eating, celebrating holidays, hanging out and talking about life. Her love was unconditional, and she never hesitated to tell you how much she loved you, how proud she was, or to give you a hug. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she was a part of. She is survived by all her children Robert (Cinnamon), Lisa (Rick), Gerald (Becky), Margie, David (Dani), 16 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. She is currently having such a happy reunion with those who preceded her in death, her mother Mabel, her father Byron, her brothers Antone, Milton, and Pete, her sister Jane, her sweetheart and husband Leon, her grandson David Jack, and her great-grandson Cornelius, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loved ones. A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 15 from 9:00-10:30 am at the Middleton LDS Chapel located at 807 West Capella Road, Washington, Utah. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am.
