Cynthia Jo Ann Stidham

Cynthia Jo Ann Stidham, a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, adopted grandma, and great friend was called back to her Heavenly Father on August 27, 2015. Cynthia was born on March 30, 1957 in St. Anthony, Idaho to Lester Lee Stidham and MaryAnne Schmidtgall Stidham. She grew up in and around the mountains, within many different logging camps. She absolutely loved the mountains; camping, hiking, and fishing in her younger years. She always loved cross stitching, needlepoint, and plastic canvas, of which she made hundreds of beautiful hangings, boxes, totes, etc. She absolutely loved working with the elderly, which she did for over 30 years as a CNA and a Home Health Aide. It was her duty and love for her job that helped her make sure each and every one of her clients were happy and comfortable, even in their last days and hours on earth. Cynthia was a great mother, totally devoted and supportive of her daughter, Free. Free was her “Bubbanookins” and Cyndy cherished every moment with her. Although her son, Steven passed away at only 6 hours old in 1988, Cyndy ALWAYS had a great love for him and thought about him each and every day. Although Cynthia had a rough life from time to time, she always stayed true to herself and tried to stay as positive as she could. She was fiesty, intelligent, stubborn, and at times, “a little crazy” as she would put it, but she was always there for you when you needed her. She cherished her close friends and family, and was so grateful for everyone. Cynthia is preceeded in death by her father, Lester Lee Stidham; her son, Steven Diego Tinoco Stidham; her uncle and aunt, Jim and Frieda Buzzard; her uncle and aunt, Bob and Carolyn Baisch; and many other great friends and family members. Cynthia will be dearly missed, but we know that she is with her son, her family, and friends who have passed on. She will always be with us in our hearts, in our souls, and in spirit. Graveside services will be held at the Sterling, UT Cemetery on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 12:00 pm noon. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to help cover burial costs be made to a Memorial Fund: Wells Fargo Bank Acct #9748988632 in the name of Cynthia Jo Ann Stidham. Your “Bubbanookins” loves you so much mom, and I will miss you ALWAYS! You are my EVERYTHING! Til we meet again...I LOVE YOU!!!
