Dolores Ann "Annie" Collins

City of St. George, UT- Dolores Ann (Annie) Collins, age 66, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, in St. George Utah. She was born on May 16, 1959, in Durango CO, to Elmer Ellis Harrison and Dolores Elaine (Sally) Harrison. She married Steven D. Collins in Colorado Springs, CO on June 21, 2003 and were later sealed at the San Diego Temple on October 26, 2010. Annie was raised in Arvada, CO by her parents, and with her brothers (Marvin & Calvin) and sister (Virginia). She was an avid beach lover and went to every beach she could. She found serenity and joy in the water. She was a joyful soul and created a fun and loving environment everywhere that she traveled. From a young age, Annie was a free spirit, never afraid to dive into adventure. There were times that she closed her eyes, pointed and picked the next place to call home! Her trust was always her belief that God had a magnificent plan for her life and she trusted Him fully. And so, she went! Excited and ready to try new things, meet new friends and to teach her daughters the meaning of life! Annie met Steve, the love of her life, and he danced his way right into her heart. They were inseparable from that moment on. Annie and Steve were full time RV’ers and found their home in Florida near the beach. They shared a beautiful story together… one to be treasured. Their love was evident to everyone they came in to contact with. Annie was guided by her devotion to God and to the love she had for her husband and her family. Her family loves her so much, they know that she is dancing in heaven and that they will all see each other again one day. Psalm 117:2 “For great is his steadfast love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord!” She is survived by: Spouse, Steven D. Collins; Laralee McNall and Thomas Brown of Arvada, CO, Jamilee and Jared McQuivey of St. George, UT, Aubrey and Jason Jensen of Arvada, Co, Hannah and Thomas Canales of Littleton, CO; and step daughters Megan and Steven Connor of Parsons, KS, Kyrie Cosper of Coffeeville, KS and Chelsea and Izak Baker of South Coffeeville, OK; and 25 grandchildren and several great grandchildren including 2 on the way. She was preceded in death by: Elmer Ellis Harrison (Father), Delores Elaine (Sally) Irving (Mother), Marvin Harrison (Brother), Calvin Harrison (Brother) and Virginia Elaine Harrison (Sister).
