Fawn Alice Condie Hicks Obituary (1961

Fawn Alice Condie Hicks returned to our Heavenly Father on Sunday, March 16, 2025, after a short battle with Leukemia. Fawn was born July 09, 1961, in Cedar City Utah to Ron Condie and Tina Stratton Eyre. She married her “sweet grizzly bear” Roger Hicks on November 27, 2004 and they were sealed for all time and eternity on November 30, 2016. In her words, “He’s mine forever and can’t get away from me now.” Fawn always had a quip or laugh regardless of the situation bringing levity to everyone around her. She radiated warmth and kindness. Her actions spoke volumes of her genuine care for others turning negatives into positives. You could feel her love for you in your very soul. She leaves behind many who will miss her warmth and humor including her four children; Gary, Charise, James, Camille, daughter-in-law Jade; grandbabies Jace, Ryder, and Jackie; mother Tina; siblings Dawn, Darren, Shawn, Rick, and Kena along with the many others whose lives are richer for having known her. Fawn is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Hicks and father, Ron Condie. Viewing and funeral will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home of Southern Utah 1316 South 400 East, Suite A-5 St. George, UT 84790.
