St George, Utah
Lange Fay, 49, passed away on July 18, 2026, in St. George, Utah due to complications from a courageous battle against Type 1 Diabetes. Lange was born on June 19, 1977, in Cedar City UT, to Shauna Fay Bulloch. He graduated from Cedar High School in 1996. Lange was a graduate of Southern Utah University, where he met the love of his life, Raegan. They were married in Salt Lake City, UT on February 23, 2001, at The Old Meeting House. Lange was a rodeo cowboy in the event of bull riding. He competed across the country, always accompanied by a car full of his traveling partners. Lange always appreciated the animals and friendships far more than the buckles or the money. The grit, resilience, and determination Lange learned in his rodeo event instilled in him the qualities he needed to fight the stubborn battle against his illness later in his life. Lange is remembered as a man of giving great service. He selflessly served the people of Philadelphia, Nepal, and all those he encountered in need of aid, wherever he lived and traveled. He was fiercely loyal, he “rode for the brand”, he was a man of his word and his handshake meant something. Lange was a respected professional as a Mining Manufacturing Engineer. He made so many connections that seemed to always turn into friends in the industry. He had tremendous pride in helping someone get back up and running, drawing and designing a machine that would help someone make a profit, and acting as a connector to address operational needs. He is survived by his “Sweet Pea” Raegan, his pet bull Too Blue, and his fur baby Cooper. As well as his parents Shauna and Bryan Bulloch, Mike and Peggy Davis, brother Dayne Fay, siblings Brandon and Amber Davis, and nephews Ashton, Sage, and Conner. He is reunited in death by his loyal dog Jeeter, his grandparents Alfred and Connie Jepsen, his wife’s grandparents, uncles and an aunt. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Further information will be shared in time. Raegan would like to thank the caring ICU staff of the St. George Regional Hospital and his diabetic doctor Dr. Monica Moreno, the influence of Steve and Cyndi Gilbert, the countless rodeo friends, industry friends, and continual support from family and friends.
