Patty Jean Rogers

Patty Jean Rogers, age 71, peacefully passed away on October 31, 2025, in St. George, Utah where the sun beautifully shined down on her. She was born on April 19, 1954, in Bountiful, Utah to Thaes Webb Jr. and Dolores Webb. Patty grew up in Bountiful where she loved to cook and spend time with her family. She met her first husband, Rodger Duvall, working at a restaurant with her sleeves rolled up and a smile on her face. The couple welcomed four children together. Patty’s life took her on many adventures. She absolutely loved camping, sunbathing by the pool, and taking her children on road trips with her sister Kay’s family to Disneyland. The family always made sure to make a pitstop in the bright lights of fabulous Las Vegas where Patty loved to toast to her family with a strong Jack & Coke and shout – BINGO! In her early forties, Patty remarried, Troy Rogers, and the two welcomed a beautiful daughter to complete her family. Patty was known for her spicy personality that complimented her flavorful meals prepared with just a touch of heat. She loved cherry Coca-Cola’s, Utah Utes football, and was an amazing cook! Her children always looked forward to her Halloween chili (no onions, Mom!) and mashed potatoes and gravy for Thanksgiving. Patty also had five grandchildren, who she absolutely adored and loved to take on easter egg hunts, splash in the pool and cheer on in dance recitals, drill team performances and rowdy, rowdy football games – Go Pirates! Patty is survived by her children, Rodger Chad Duvall, Tiffany Cohee, Jamie Murray, Morgan Duvall, and Tory Rogers. Her son-in-law, Joseph Cohee, and grandchildren, Cheyanne Cohee, LJ Cohee, Kaciee Cohee, Laciee Cohee, and Alayah Cohee. Patty is also survived by her siblings, Thaes Webb III “Sandy” (Kayleen), Terri Jackson (Jerry) and Kathy Baier (Tim). Patty was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Webb, her father, Thaes Webb Jr., stepmother, Deleene Webb, second husband, Troy Rogers, sister Kay Neff and brother-in-law Nelson Neff. No public services will be provided. The family encourages those who knew Patty to remember her by saying a prayer and giving thanks for the many blessings life has given. The family wishes to thank The Abbington Senior Living of St. George and Zion's Way Home Health and Hospice for their attentive care, kindness and thoughtful attention to details; thank you for playing Patty classic rock on her favorite holiday, Halloween; she loved Styx, The Cars and Heart. And a special thank you to Patty’s brother, Sandy and her sister-in-law, Kayleen Webb. She absolutely loved the two of you and is so incredibly grateful for the amazing time you dedicated to her health and well-being. Thank you for taking her to the buffets where she was able to smuggle out a few cookies, and for making sure she was able to play BINGO and hit a casino one last time while living out a magical and sunny year in St. George with a chocolate tootsie pop always by her bedside. God truly blessed Patty with two angels and she will always watch over you.
