Create Healing Experiences

Create a Healing Experience

Grief experts agree - a ceremony is an important part of the grieving and healing process.

It is tremendously important for most families to remember their loved one with a personalized funeral service, memorial service, or celebration of life.  These services should be a tailor-made events that reflect the personality and significance of the deceased.  Services may be simple or elaborate, religious or secular, traditional or contemporary.

Funeral Services

Funeral & Memorial Services

Funeral and memorial services facilitate the sharing of memories between family and friends.  They also channel broad community support and allow friends and neighbors to pay their respects to the family.  A well-planned service is a catalyst to the healing process.  Taking the time to hold a service has been shown to have a positive impact on the emotional health of those in mourning.  Joining with others to remember the deceased evokes memories that will help loved ones adjust to the reality of the loss.

Burial Services

Graveside services

A graveside service is held at a cemetery next to the gravesite.  The entire service takes place at the cemetery and is typically shorter and simpler than a full funeral service.  If desired, speakers, prayers, and music may be included.

Graveside services can also be held for those choosing cremation.  Following the service, the urn is buried or placed in a niche space for permanent memorialization.

Cremation Services

Cremation Services

We offer an on-site, state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly crematory.  Your loved one is under our professional care throughout the entire cremation process.

A viewing and a full funeral service may be held prior to cremation. Cremated remains may be buried in a cemetery or placed in a niche to provide permanent memorialization for families and friends to gather and pay tribute to the deceased.  Cremated remains may also be kept at home in an urn, divided among loved ones in keepsake-sized mementos, placed inside cremation jewelry, or scattered.
